In compliance with Section 87300 of the Government Code, the Planning Commission hereby adopts this Conflict of Interest Cc 'SECTION 2: Application of Code. This Conflict of Intert Code shall be applicable to the members of the Planning Commi! of the City of Carlsbad. i I ~ SECTION 3: Disclosure. Members of the Planning Commissr are required pursuant to Title 9, Chapter 7, Article 2, come1 ~ :with Section 87200 of the Government Code to disclose investm interests in real property and income. No disclosure requirer in addition to those contained in the Government Code are imp( by this Conflict of Interest Code. SECTION 4: Circumstances requiring disqualification. AI member of the Planning Commission must disqualify himself or herself from making or participating in the making of any decj which will foreseeably have a material financial effect distir able from its effect on the public generally on any economic interest as defined in Government Code Section 87103.
