HomeMy WebLinkAbout1981-02-11; Planning Commission; Resolution 1766: 1 *p - , e e 1 I1 2 3 4 5 6 7 €3 9 PLANNING 'COMMI~S~S~ION RESOLUTION NO. 1766 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A ZONE CHANGE FROM M (INDUSTRIAL) TO CT-Q (COMMERCIAL- TOURIST) ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF PASEO DEL NORTE, SOUTH OF PALOMAR AIRPORT ROAD. APPLICANT: CALIFORNIA 'I 6 I' MOTELS CASE NO: ZC-219 WHEREAS, a verified application for certain property, to wit: Parcels 2 and 3 on Parcel Map filed on June 8, 1977, Page 6022. 1011 has been filed with the city of Carlsbad, and referred to the 11 // Planning Commission; and 12 WHEREAS, said application constitutes a request as provi 13 14 by Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and by law to consider said request; and 16 February, 1981, hold a duly noticed public hearing as prescri 15 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did on the 11th day of 17 WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and consid 18 I be heard, said Commission considered all factors relating to 19 all testimony and arguments, if any, of all persons desiring 2o I1 the Zone Change; and 21 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Planning 22 24 A) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct. 23 Commission as follows: B) That based on the evidence presented at the public heari the Commission recommends APPROVAL of ZC-219, based on the following findings and subject to the following conditions: 25 i 26 /I Findinas: 27 // 1.
