A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A ZONE CHANGE FROM M (INDUSTRIAL) TO CT-Q (COMMERCIAL-
TOURIST) ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE
WEST SIDE OF PASEO DEL NORTE, SOUTH OF PALOMAR
AIRPORT ROAD.
APPLICANT: CALIFORNIA 'I 6 I' MOTELS
CASE NO: ZC-219
WHEREAS, a verified application for certain property, to
wit:
Parcels 2 and 3 on Parcel Map filed on June 8, 1977,
Page 6022.
1011 has been filed with the city of Carlsbad, and referred to the

Conditions:
1. Approval of ZC-219 shall be contingent upon approval of SDP 80-14 by the Planning Commission and SP 23(c)
by the City Council.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad, California, held
the 11th day of February, 1981, by the following vote, to wit:
