I, n,* I1 e e 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 I 20 21 22 ~ 23 I 24 25 26 27 28 PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 1772 ~~~ ~~ ~~~ A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT FOR SIX INDUSTRIAL BUILDINGS, IN TWO PHASES ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF CORTE DE LA PINA BETWEEN YARROW DRIVE AND EL CAMINO REAL. APPLICANT: ANDREX DEVELOPMENT COMPANY CASE NO: PUD-28 WHEREAS, a verified application for certain property, to wit: Lot 8 of Tract 73-49 according to Map 8054 filed December 31, 1974 has been filed with the city of Carlsbad, and referred to the Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request as provided by Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did, on the 25th day of February, 1981, hold a duly noticed public hearing as prescril: by law to consider said request; and WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and considc all testimony and arguments, if any, of all persons desiring I be heard, said Commission considered all factors relating to I Planned Unit Development; and ~ NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Planning Commission as follows: I A) That the above recitations are true and correct. ~ B) That based on the evidence presented at the public heari~ the Commission recommends APPROVAL of PUD-28, based on tl following findings and subject to the following conditio] ~ Findings: 1) The proposed planned industrial development at the subjec location is desirable to provide a comprehensively and imaginatively designed facility which will contribute to general well being of the community. If the City Engineer determines that sewer facilities are not available, building permits will not be issued.
