A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMEND- ING DENIAL OF AN EIGHT LOT TENTATIVE TRACT MAP AND CONDOMINIUM CONVERSION PERMIT ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF LA COSTA AVENUE BETWEEN GIBRALTAR AND ROMERIA STREETS.
APPLICANT: IZBICKI
CASE NO.: CT 80-8/CP-58
WHEREAS, a verified application for certain property, to
Lot 40 of La Costa South Unit No. 5, in the city of
Carlsbad, county of San Diego, state of California,
according to Map No. 6600 filed March 10, 1970

has been filed with the city of Carlsbad, and referred to the
Planning Commission; and
l2 I/ WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request
l311 as provided by Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and
I* /I WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did, on the 11th day of
1511 March, 1981, hold a duly noticed public hearing as prescribed

by law to consider said request; and
WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and consid
all testimony and arguments, if any, of all persons desiring

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Planning
Commission as follows:

A) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct.
B) That based on the evidence presented at the public hear:
the Commission recommends DENIAL of CT 80-8/CP-58 based
