A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, DENYING THE CREATION OF ONE PANHANDLE LOT AS PART OF A MINOR SUBDIVISION LOCATED
APPLICANT: CRISMAN CASE NO: MS-515
THE WEST SIDE OF VALLEY STREET IW THE R-1-7500 ZONE.

WHEREAS, a verified application for certain
