l PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 1775
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, DENYING WITHOUT
PREJUDICE A VARIANCE TO REDUCE THE MINIMUM LOT WIDTH
FROM 60 FEET TO 41 FEET ON A PARCEL GENERALLY LOCATE1 ON THE WEST SIDE OF VALLEY STREET. APPLICANT: CRISMAN CASE NO: V-321
WHEREAS, a verified application for certain
property, to wit:
A portion of Tract 244 of Thum Lands in the city of Carlsbad, according to Map No. 1681, filed December f 1916.
has been filed with the city of Carlsbad, and referred to the
Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a
request as provided by Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Cod(
and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did, on the 8th day
April, 1981, hold a duly noticed public hearing as prescribed
law to consider said request; and
WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and
considering all testimony and arguments, if any, of all persox
desiring to be heard, said Commission considered all factors
relating to V-321.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Planning
Commission of the city of Carlsbad as follows:
A) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct.
B) That based on the evidence presented at the public hearing the Commission DENIES without prejudice, V-321, based on 1
following findings;

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of
the Planning Commission of the city of Carlsbad, California,
