A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY 0
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO A SIT
SALES FACILITY ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED IN THE W
BLUFF PLAZA PARKING LOT NEAR THE CORNER OF DOVE LANE ,
EL CAMINO REAL.
APPLICANT: FOTOMAT CORPORATION

DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR A DRIVE-THRU FILM PROCESSING AND
7 WHEREAS, a verified application has been filed with t

WHEREAS, at said hearing, upon hearing and considerin<

testimony and arguments, if any, of all persons desiring to be
heard, said Commission considered all factors relating to Site
Development Plan No. 77-1(D).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Planning
Commission of the city of Carlsbad as follows:
A) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct.

That based on the evidence presented at the hearing, t

1) The proposed development is consistent with the city’s Ger
Plan and the overall intent of the previously approved Sit
Development Plan which has established the subject commerc
center.
2) The project is compatible with both existing and proposed
development in the immediate area.

3) The project is consistent with all applicable city public facility policies and ordinances since:
a. No additional sewer will be required by the project.
b. Adequate public improvements have been provided as rec,

This project is approved upon the express condition that thc
applicant shall pay a public facilities fee as required by C
Council Policy No. 17, dated August 29, 1979, on file with City Clerk and incorporated herein by reference, and accordi the agreement executed by the applicant for payment of said
copy of that agreement dated March 18, 1981, is on file with
City Clerk and incorporated herein by reference. If said fe
not paid as promised, this application will not be consisten
with the General Plan and approval for this project shall be
