S.C. Sect 540.1 et seq.) on a foundation system pu-rsuant to Section 1855 Df the State Health and Safety Code."' SECTION 2: That Title 21, Chapters 21.07, 21.08, 21 and 21.10 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code are amended by the 2011 . addition of Sections 21.07.120, 21.08.100, 21.09.190 and . 21 21.10.100 respectively, each of which shali read as .,a I 22 follows: 23 24 25 ' . 26 27 28 "Development standards. No one-family dwelling unit whether it be conventionally built,.modular or a mobilehome, shall be located on a lot in this zone unless such dwelling u complies with the following development standards: (1) ' Each dwelling unit shall have a two car garage, which is architecturally ix1tegrate.d with and has an. exterior similar to the dwelling unit. . 3ich garage shall have a minin .dimension of twenty feet square. (2) All dwelling units shall have a permanent foundation. For mobiiehomes a foundation system installed pursuant to Section 18551 of the State Health and Safety Code shall satisfy the requirements of this section. ."
