PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 1823
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A ZONE
PROPERTY LOCATED BETWEEN OAK AVENUE AND PINE AVENUE, ONE LOT EAST OF PI0 PIC0 AVENUE. APPLICANT: NEVILLE CASE NO: ZC-237

The southeasterly 1/2 of lot 4 of the subdivision 0' tracts 114 and 120 of Carlsbad Lands, County of San
Diego, according to Map No. 1744, filed January 23,
1923.
has been filed with the City of Carlsbad, and referred to thc
Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, said application constitutes a request as provil
by Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and

Conditions:
1) This project is approved upon the express condition that
building permits will not be issued for development of th
subject property unless the City Engineer determines that
sewer facilities are available at the time of application
