APPLICANT: NEVILLE CASE NO: ZC-237 CHANGE FROM R-1-7500 TO RDM Q FOR 4 LOTS ON 6 il WHEREAS, a verified application for certain property, to 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 The southeasterly 1/2 of lot 4 of the subdivision 0' tracts 114 and 120 of Carlsbad Lands, County of San Diego, according to Map No. 1744, filed January 23, 1923. has been filed with the City of Carlsbad, and referred to thc Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, said application constitutes a request as provil by Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did on the 24th day of I 1981, hold a duly noticed public hearing as prescribed by la1 consider said request; and 17 Il WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and consid I.8 I all testimony and arguments, if any, of all persons desiring heard, said Commission considered all factors relating to th 19 ! 20 I Change; and 21 ll NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Planning 22 23 24 the Commission recommends APPROVAL of ZC-237, as shown 25 Exhibit "A" dated June 24, 1981, based on the following findings and subject to the following conditions: Commission as follows: (A) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct.
