A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A
ZONE CHANGE FROM P-C (PLANNED COMMUNITY) TO 0-S (OPEN
SPACE) ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED NORTH OF
CAYENNE LANE AND LA GOLONDRINA STREET.

has been filed with the city of Carlsbad, and referred to the

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did on the 8th day of Jul
1981, hold a duly noticed public hearing as prescribed by law t
consider said request; and
WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and consider
all testimony and arguments, if any, of all persons desiring tc
heard, said Commission considered all factors relating to the 2

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Planning Comn I ~sion as follows:
