PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 1835
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, DENYING THE CREATION OF TWO
PANHANLDE LOTS AS PART OF A MINOR SUBDIVISION LOCATE1
ON THE NORTH SIDE OF PINE AVENUE IN THE R-1-7500 ZONl

WHEREAS, a verified application for certain property
~ wit:
All of Lot 5 and a IO' wide road easement along the northwesterly portion of Lot 4 in wilsonia Tract as E Map thereof No. 2169 filed August 13, 1929

WHEREAS, the Carlsbad Municipal Code, Section 21.10.0 11
WHEREAS, said application constitutes a request as
10 provided by Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and

B) That based on the evidence presented at the hearing, the 24
21.10.010(1) and 21.48.010 of the Carlsbad Subdivision
Commission DENIES MS-532 based on the following findings:

1) The proposed parcel map does not comply with Section
28 Ordinance as stated in the staff report.

2) The proposed parcel map can be adequately served by a pub1 street without panhandle lots.
3) Approval of the parcel map as proposed without a dedicatic
30 feet with one half street improvements along the easter
boundary of the subject property would preclude the abilit provide full public street access to the subject property other properties in the same block.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of
planning Commission of the city of Carlsbad, California, held
the 26th day of August, 1981, by the following vote, to wit:
