WHEREAS, a verified application for certain property ~ wit: All of Lot 5 and a IO' wide road easement along the northwesterly portion of Lot 4 in wilsonia Tract as E Map thereof No. 2169 filed August 13, 1929 9 WHEREAS, the Carlsbad Municipal Code, Section 21.10.0 11 WHEREAS, said application constitutes a request as 10 provided by Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and 12 13 provides that any panhandle lots within a minor subdivision mu by law to consider said request; and 16 July, 1981, and on August 26, 1981, hold a hearing as prescrib 15 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did on the 22nd day 14 be approved by the Planning Commission; and I?
