PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 1858
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING
RESCISSION OF TENTATIVE MAP CT 75-6 AND ALL
AMENDMENTS ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED ON
ALICANTE ROAD AND ALFIL WAY.
APPLICANT: DAON CORPORATION/LA COSTA LAND CO.
(ALICANTE HILLS)
CASE NO: CT 75-6 (B)
WHEREAS, a verified application for certain property, to
A portion of Section 25, Township 12 South, Range 4 West,
Bernardino Meridian, San Diego County, California.
has been filed with the City of Carlsbad, and referred to the
Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request
provided by Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did, on the 26th day of
August, 1981, hold a duly noticed public hearing as prescribe
law, to consider said request; and
WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and conside
all testimony and arguments, if any, of all persons desiring
heard, said Commission considered all factors relating to the
Master Plan; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Planning
Commission as follows:
(A) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct.
(B) That based on the evidence presented at the public hearinc
the Commission recommends APPROVAL of the request to resc
the tentative map for CT 75-6 and all amendments thereto.
