A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF
A 116 UNIT CONDOMINIUM PERMIT ON PROPERTY GENERALLY
LOCATED ON THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF ALGA ROAD AND
MELROSE AVENUE
APPLICANT: DAON CORP/LA COSTA LAND CO (MEADOW CREST)
CASE NO: CP-176
WHEREAS, a verified application for certain property, to
wit:

has been filed with the City of Carlsbad, and referred to the

WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request 2
provided by Title 21 of the Carlsbad Nunicipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did, on the 26th day of
August, 1981, hold a duly noticed public hearing as prescribec
law, to consider said request; and
WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and considel
all testimony and arguments, if any, of all persons desiring 1
heard, said Commission considered all factors relating to the

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Planning Cow
sion as follows:
(A) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct.
(B) That based on the evidence presented at the public hearin1 Commission recommends APPROVAL of CP-176, based on the fo
ing findings and subject to the following conditions:

1) The project is consistent with the city's General Plan s
