Cond it ions General -Conditions: 1) Approval is granted for PCD-34, as shown on Exhibit A, dal September 28, 1981, incorporated by reference and on file the Planning Department. Development shall occur substan- tially as shown unless otherwise noted in these conditions 2) The applicant shall comply with all conditions of the Buil ing Department, as shown on Exhibit "B", the relocation cc rection list, prior to final occupancy of the structure. ~ 3) Approval of this request shall not excuse compliance with sections of the Zoning Ordinance and all other applicable city ordinances in effect at time of building permit issu- ance.
