A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A PLANNING COMMIS-
SION DETERMINATION TO RELOCATE A BUILDING FROM ITS
PRESENT LOCATION IN THE COMMUNITY OF CARDIFF TO
PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF OAK
AVENUE BETWEEN PI0 PIC0 DRIVE AND HIGHLAND DRIVE

WHEREAS, a verified application for certain property, to

2) That the proposed building relocation and use would be con
patible with surrounding land uses, as discussed in the st report .
3) That the Planning Director has determined that this projec
is categorically exempt from environmental review per Sect 19.04.070(12) of the Carlsbad Municipal Code.
Cond it ions
General -Conditions:
1) Approval is granted for PCD-34, as shown on Exhibit A, dal September 28, 1981, incorporated by reference and on file the Planning Department. Development shall occur substan- tially as shown unless otherwise noted in these conditions
2) The applicant shall comply with all conditions of the Buil ing Department, as shown on Exhibit "B", the relocation cc rection list, prior to final occupancy of the structure.

3) Approval of this request shall not excuse compliance with sections of the Zoning Ordinance and all other applicable city ordinances in effect at time of building permit issu- ance.
Engineering-Department-Conditions:
4) The applicant shall enter into a future improvement agreen for the portion of Oak Street fronting the subject propert prior to the issuance of a building permit for the
relocated structure. i
