A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW EXPANSION OF
EXISTING CHURCH FACILITIES ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE NORTH-WEST CORNER OF PINE AVENUE AND HARDING STREET.

WHEREAS, a verified application has been filed with 1
city of Carlsbad and referred to the Planning Commission; and

request as provided by Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Cod€
and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal
Code, the Planning Commission did, on the 18th day of November
1981, hold a duly noticed public hearing to consider said
application on property described as:
Lots 1 to 4 inclusive in block fifty eight of Carlsbz
according to Map 775 filed February 15, 1894.

systems, automatic sprinklers, and other systems pertinent
to the project shall be submitted to the Fire Department 1 approval prior to construction.
