A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, FINDING THAT THE
ACQUISITION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY
FOR GOVERNMENTAL FACILITY PURPOSES IS CONSISTENT
WITH THE GENERAL PLAN.
