A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A
230 UNIT TENTATIVE TRACT MAP AND PLANNED UNIT DEVELOP
MENT ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE SOUTHERN
PORTION OF THE CALAVERA HILLS MASTER PLAN AREA,
APPROXIMATELY 600 FEET EAST OF TAMARACK AVENUE.

27) Prior to the approval of the final map, the park site (VI
