A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A
MASTER PLAN AMENDMENT TO THE CALAVERA HILLS MASTER
PLAN TO CHANGE THE PHASING BOUNDARIES TO ALLOW
VILLAGE C TO BE DEVELOPED AS A PART OF PHASE I ON
PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED APPROXIMATELY 600 FEET
EAST OF THE EASTERLY TERMINUS OF TAMARACK AVENUE.

Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a reql
as provided by Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and

January, 1982, hold a duly noticed public hearing as prescribc
law, to consider said request; and
