APPLICANT: COUNTY OF SAN DIEGO CASE NO: CUP-140 (B) WHEREAS, a verified application has been filed with OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO city of Carlsbad and referred to the Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a reql provided by Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal the Planning Commission did, on the 24th day of February, 198: a duly noticed public hearing to consider said application on property described as: Portions of Lots A and B at Rancho Agua Hedionda in i city of Carlsbad according to Map thereof No. 823 fi: the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego on NOT 16, 1896 18 19 20 21 WHEREAS, at said hearing, upon hearing and consider-1 testimony and arguments, if any, of all persons desiring to bc heard, said Commission considered all factors relating to cup- 140(B). 22 23 24 25 26 27 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Planninc Commission of the city of Carlsbad as follows: (A) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct. Conditions: General : 1) All conditions of approval of CUP-140 (City Council Resol No. 5242) and CUP-l40(A) (Planning Commission Resolution 1851) are rescinded and shall be superceded by the condit contained herein. Palomar Solid Waste Transfer Station: 3) Approval is granted for CUP-l40(B), as shown on Exhibit '' dated September 1, 1977, on file in the Planning Departme and incorporated by reference.
