PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 1920
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY
A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR THE PALOMAR SOLID WASTE
TRANSFER STATION TO DELETE THE REQUIREMENT FOR HALF
STREET IMPROVEMENTS ALONG EL CAMINO REAL AND
PALOMAR AIRPORT ROAD, AND THE REQUIREMENT FOR AN
EQUESTRIAN TRAIL ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED ON
THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF EL CAMINO REAL AND PALOMAR
AIRPORT ROAD IN THE M-Q ZONE.

WHEREAS, a verified application has been filed with

Commission of the city of Carlsbad as follows:
(A) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct.
(B) That based on the evidence presented at the public hearir

1) All conditions of approval of CUP-140 (City Council Resol
No. 5242) and CUP-l40(A) (Planning Commission Resolution
1851) are rescinded and shall be superceded by the condit contained herein.

dated September 1, 1977, on file in the Planning Departme and incorporated by reference. All buildings and other facilities shall be located substantially as shown on the plan except as indicated otherwise herein.
