PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 1935
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A MINOR
AMENDMENT, PAGE 111-17 OF THE LA COSTA MASTER PLAN,
MP-I49(E), ALLOWING THE SEPARATE DEVELOPMENT OF
NEIGHBORHOOD SE-13.
CASE NO: MP-149( I)

WHEREAS, a Master Plan MP-l49(E) was approved by the
Council on December 2, 1982, for certain property to wit:

Fractional Section 23, Fractional Section 24, Sectiol
portions of Section 26 and 35, Section 36 and a port.
Lot A of Rancho Agua Hedionda, Map No. 823 on file i~
Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, Si
of California, all in Township 12 South.

WHEREAS, the applicant has filed a request with the
Planning Director and said request has been referred to the

Master Plan (MP-l49(E)).
21 Commission as follows:
22 A) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct.
23 B) That based on the evidence presented, the Planning Commis!
APPROVES the proposed changes to MP-l49(E) as shown on Ex1
24 "A", attached and incorporated herein, based on the follol
findings :
Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, Section 21.38.120 of the Planned Community 1
zone provides that the Planning Commission may make a determil
on minor amendments to Master Plans; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has, on March 24, 11
determined that said request constitutes a minor amendment to
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Plannin:

1) That the proposed changes are consistent with the remaindc

the La Costa Master Plan, MP-l49(E).
2) That the proposed minor amendment is consistent with the 1 Use Element of the city's General Plan.

3) That said amendment will not reduce the feasibility of ens compatibility of Neighborhood SE-15 with the surrounding
properties.
4) That no environmental impacts will occur from the proposec
change as the Planning Director issued a statement of Pric
Compliance on March 9, 1982.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of
Planning Commission of the city of Carlsbad, California, held
24th day of March, 1982, by the following vote, to wit:

AYES : Chairman Farrow, Commissioners Rombotis,
Schlehuber, Jose and L’Heureux. NOES : None.

ABSENT: Commissioners Marcus and Friestedt.
ABSTAIN : None.
