PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 1936
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A
VARIANCE TO REDUCE THE LOT WIDTH OF TWO 7500
SQUARE FOOT LOTS FROM 60' TO 58.5' ON PROPERTY
GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF OAK AVENUE
BETWEEN HIGHLAND DRIVE AND PI0 PIC0 DRIVE.

WHEREAS, a verified application for certain property,

as provided by Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did, on the 14th da:
