PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 1938
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A
STREET NAME CHANGE FROM ALFIL WAY TO CORTE DE LA
VISTA, GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF EL
CAMINO REAL, SOUTHEAST OF ALICANTE ROAD.
APPLICANT: THE DAVIDSON COMPANY

WHEREAS, in a letter dated February 16, 1982, Rick
7 Engineering, representing the Davidson Company, requested tha.
street currently known as Alfil Way be renamed Corte de la Vi: a

WHEREAS, pursuant to City Council Policy NO. 20, the

19 1) The proposed street name, Corte de la Vista, is consisten,
City Council Policy No. 20 for the reasons stated in the I
20 report.
21 2) Sufficient justification exists to change the street name

request; and
WHEREAS, at said public hearing a staff report was
submitted and all persons desiring to speak on the subject rec
