PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 1926
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING APPROVAI
OF SP-184, FOR A 12 ACRE COMMERCIAL/OFFICE AREA
GENERALLY LOCATED ON BOTH SIDES OF PASEO DEL NORTE
SOUTH OFF PALOMAR AIRPORT ROAD.

WHEREAS, a verified application for certain property, tc
A portion of Parcel A of Parcel Map 2949; Parcels 4, 5,
and 6 of Parcel Map 6022, all being portions of Lot H of
Agua Hedionda, in the County of San Diego, filed in the County of San Diego, November 16, 1896.
has been filed with the city of Carlsbad and referred to the
Planning Commission: and
WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request
as provided by Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did on the 28th day of
April, 1982, hold a duly noticed public hearing as prescribec
law to consider said request; and
WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and
considering all testimony and arguments, if any, of all persc
desiring to be heard, said Commission considered all factors
relating to the Specific Plan; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Planning
Commission as follows:
A) That the above recitations are true and correct.
B) That based on the evidence presented at the public hear:

4) The Specific Plan is consistent with the Carlsbad Genera and with Sections 65451 and 65452 of the Government Code regulate the use of Specific Plans.

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of
Planning Commission of the city of Carlsbad, California, held
28th day of April, 1982, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Chairman Farrow, Commissioners Rombotis, L’Heureux, Jose and Friestedt.
