A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL
OF A ZONE CHANGE FROM R-1-10,000 TO RD-PI-Q ON
PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF
ALICANTE ROAD, EAST AND WEST OF ALTIVA PLACE.

WHEREAS, a verified application for certain property
