A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL
OF A GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT FROM OS TO RM ON
PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF
RANCHO SANTA FE ROAD, APPROXIMATELY 100 FEET NORTH
OF LA COSTA MEADOWS DRIVE.
APPLICANT: CITY OF CARLSBAD

6 I1 WHEREAS, a verified application for an amendment to
7 IIGeneral Plan for certain property located as shown on Exhibit
8j/dated May 12, 1982, and incorporated herein by reference has

filed with the city of Carlsbad, and referred to the Planning
Commission; and
WHEREAS, said application constitutes a request as
provided by Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did on the 12th day
14 JIMay, 1982, hold a duly noticed public hearing as prescribed b:

WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and
considering all testimony and arguments, if any, of all persor

desiring to be heard, said Commission considered all factors
/relating to the General Plan Amendment; and

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Planninc
Commission as follows:
A) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct.
B) That based on the evidence presented at the public hearing
Commission recommends APPROVAL of GPA-Gl(H), based on the
following findings:
