HomeMy WebLinkAbout1982-05-12; Planning Commission; Resolution 1952b )I b a e, 1 I PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 1952 2 3 4 5 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT FROM OS TO RM ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF RANCHO SANTA FE ROAD, APPROXIMATELY 100 FEET NORTH OF LA COSTA MEADOWS DRIVE. APPLICANT: CITY OF CARLSBAD CASE NO: GPA-61 (H) 6 I1 WHEREAS, a verified application for an amendment to 7 IIGeneral Plan for certain property located as shown on Exhibit 8j/dated May 12, 1982, and incorporated herein by reference has 9 10 11 12 3.3 filed with the city of Carlsbad, and referred to the Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, said application constitutes a request as provided by Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did on the 12th day 14 JIMay, 1982, hold a duly noticed public hearing as prescribed b: 1511 to consider said request; and 16 17 WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and considering all testimony and arguments, if any, of all persor 18 19 desiring to be heard, said Commission considered all factors /relating to the General Plan Amendment; and 20 21 22 23 24 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Planninc Commission as follows: A) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct.
