HomeMy WebLinkAbout1982-05-12; Planning Commission; Resolution 1953. tr e 0 (4 1 il PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 1953 2 3 4 5 6 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT FROM R-C TO A COMBINATION DISTRICT COMPRISED OF THE PI AND 0 DESIGNATIONS ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED NORTH OF PALOMAR AIRPORT ROAD, APPROXIMATELY 1 MILE EAST OF EL CAMINO REAL. APPLICANT: SANDRU CASE NO: GPA-61 (F) 7 WHEREAS, a verified application for amendment to the 8 General Plan for certain property located as shown on Exhibit 9 10 l1 Commission; and 12 dated May 12, 1982, and incorporated herein by reference has t filed with the city of Carlsbad, and referred to the Planning WHEREAS, said application constitutes a request as 13 I1 provided by Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and 14 15 desiring to be heard, said Commission considered all factors 19 considering all testimony and arguments, if any, of all persor 18 17 to consider said request; and 16 May, 1982, hold a duly noticed public hearing as prescribed b) WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did on the 12th day WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and 2o I relating to the General Plan Amendment; and 21 22 25 Commission recommends APPROVAL OF GPA-Gl(F), based on the B) That based on the evidence presented at the public hearin? 24 A) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct. 23 Commission as follows: following findings: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Planninl 26 /I Findings: 27 1) That the redesignation to a Combination District of plannc 28 Industrial (PI) and Professional and Related Commercial (( meets the intent of the Combination District and the Gene: Plan.
