A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, DENYING A VARIANCE TO
INCREASE THE HEIGHT OF A STUCCO WALL FROM 42" TO
72" IN THE FRONT YARD SETBACK, GENERALLY LOCATED ON
THE PROPERTY ON THE NORTH SIDE OF LEVANTE STREET
NEAR CALLE MADERA.
