A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A
PRECISE DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE EXPANSION OF THE
ENCINA WATER POLLUTION CONTROL FACILITIES (PHASE I11
GENERALLY LOCATED AT 6200 AVENIDA ENCINAS.

Upon approval, the applicant shall submit a reproducible of the Precise Development Plan which incorporates all
requirements of the approval to the City Manager for signature. Prior to signing the final Precise Developme Plan, the City Manager shall determine that all applicab requirements have been incorporated into the plan and th conditions of approval have been satisfactorily met or otherwise guaranteed. The final signed Precise Developm Plan shall be the official site layout plan for the prop and shall be attached to any application for a building on the subject property.
