II m 0 7 I /I PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 1963 2 3 4 5 6 7 €3 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT TO REVISE THE SITE PLAN OF LOT 16 ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF AVENI ENCINAS APPROXIMATELY 600 FEET SOUTH OF CANNON ROAD APPLICANT: GRANT CASE NO: PUD-17 (B) i WHEREAS, a verified application for certain property, to Parcel 16 of the Parcel Map 11457 filed in the office of the County Recorder of San Diego County July 7, 1981 9 10 11 has been filed with the City of Carlsbad, and referred to the Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request 12\lprovided by Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and 13 14 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did, on the 26th day of May, 1982, hold a duly noticed public hearing as prescribed 15 16 by law, to consider said request: and WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and considt 17 18 19 20 all testimony and arguments, if any, of all persons desiring be heard, said Commission considered all factors relating to Planned Unit Development; and 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Planning Cor sion as follows: (A) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct.
