A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING SITE
DEVELOPMENT PLAN NO 80-11(A), FOR A 150 UNIT MOTEL, 2 RESTAURANTS, GASOLINE STATION, CONVENIENCE STORE
AND RELATED COMMERCIAL SHOPS AND PERMITTING THE
PROJECT TO BE DEVELOPED IN PSASES ON PROPERTY
GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF
PALOMAR AIRPORT ROAD AND PASEO DEL NORTE, ADJACENT
TO INTERSTATE 5.

WHEREAS, a verified application has been filed with the

This project is approved upon the express condition that building permits will not be issued for development of th ject property unless the City Engineer determines that se facilities are available at the time of application for E sewer permits and will continue to be available until tin

The applicant shall prepare a detailed landscape and irrj plan which shall be submitted to and approved by the Plar Director prior to occupancy of any buildings. Said plan include dense landscaping along the entire Interstate 5 right-of-way to visually screen the project from the free and dense landscaping and mounding along Paseo del Norte

In order to provide for fire protection during the constl period, the applicant shall maintain passable vehicular z to all buildings. In addition, adequate fire hydrants w: required fire flows shall be installed on and off site a:

The applicant shall install street trees to city specific
