PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 1966
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING MASTER PLAN
AMENDMENT 150(C) TO THE CALAVERA HILLS MASTER PLAN.

WHEREAS, the Carlsbad Planning Commission did conduc
public hearing to receive public input regarding this matter I
26, 1982; and
WHEREAS, the Carlsbad Planning Commission did determ
that the proposed amendment was minor in nature, and would no.
adversely effect the development of the Master Plan area.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Planninc

I/ Commission as follows:
1) That proposed Master Plan Amendment (150(C)), incorporatir
those changes recommended by city staff, is approved and adopted.
2) That revised phasing schedule V and V-1 shall regulate
development of the property, and the provision of public
improvements.

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of
Planning Commission of the city of Carlsbad, California, held
26th day of May, 1982, by the following vote, to wit:
