A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING CERTIFICATION
OF ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT (EIR 81-10) FOR A PROJECT GENERALLY INCLUDING A ZONE CHANGE TENTATIVE MAP AND MOBILE HOME PARK FOR 5 ACRES LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF EL CAMINO REAL APPROXI- MATELY ,4 MILES SOUTH OF KELLY DRIVE.

That the Planning Commission finds and determines that the
Environmental Impact Report EIR 81-10 has been completed i
conformance with the California Environmental Quality Act,
state guidelines implementing said Act, and the provisionE Title 19 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code and that the Planr Commission has reviewed, considered and evaluated the information contained in the report.
That the Environmental Impact Report EIR 81-10 as so amenc evaluated, is recommended for acceptance and certificatior the final Environmental Impact Report and that the final Environmental Impact Report as recommended is adequate anc provides reasonable information on the project and all reasonable and feasible alternatives thereto, including nc project,
