A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, DENYING A VARIANCE TO
ALLOW A ROOF SIGN AND AN INCREASE IN THE ALLOWABLE
SIGN AREA FOR A RETAIL STORE, GENERALLY LOCATED ON TE
WEST SIDE OF PASEO DEL NORTE SOUTH OF PALOMAR AIRPORl
ROAD.
APPLICANT: HADLEY FRUIT ORCHARDS

WHEREAS, a verified application for certain property,
wit:
