APPLICANT: HADLEY FRUIT ORCHARDS CASE NO: V-338 6 7 WHEREAS, a verified application for certain property, wit: 8 I/ Portion of Lot H of Rancho Aqua Hedionda according tc 823 9 has been filed with the city of Carlsbad, and referred to the lo Planning Commission; and XI.
