A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A
ZONE CHANGE FROM A-l(8)(COUNTY) TO RD-M AND 0-S (CIT’
ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF
BATIQUITOS LAGOON, WEST OF INTERSTATE 5 AND EAST OF
THE ATbSF RAILROAD..
APPLICANT: TERRY HACKETT (SEABLUFF)

WHEREAS, a verified application for certain property
