APPLICANT: TERRY HACKETT (SEABLUFF) CASE NO: ZC-244 WHEREAS, a verified application for certain property wit: Lots 5, 13, 14 and 15 of Section 33 Township 12 Sout! Range 4 West, filed May 3, 1883 1o 16 15 to consider said request; and 14 June, 1982, hold a duly noticed public hearing as prescribed 13 12 Planning Commission; and 11 has been filed with the city of Carlsbad, and referred to the considering all testimony and arguments, if any, of all perso 17 desiring to be heard, said Commission considered all factors 18 relating to the Zone Change; and 19 20 Commission as follows: 21 A) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct. 22 B) That based on the evidence presented at the public hearin Commission recommends APPROVAL of ZC-244, based on the fo 23 findings and subject to the following conditions: 24 Findings: 25 1) That the proposed OS and RD-M zones are consistent with t 26 27 28 proposed for the site. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did on the 9th, day WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Plannin General Plan for the reasons stated in the staff report. 2) That the traffic generated by uses allowed in the RD-M zo not create adverse impacts on the surrounding system. Conditions 1) Approval is granted for ZC-244, as shown on Exhibit "A", May 28, 1982, incorporated by reference and on file in t Planning Department.
