A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF
A ZONE CHANGE TO P-M, PLANNED INDUSTRIAL, ON PROPERT
GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF PALOMAR
AIRPORT ROAD, SOUTH AND WEST OF PALOMAR AIRPORT,
APPROXIMATELY 3500' WEST OF EL CAMINO REAL.
APPLICANT: SIGNAL LANDMARK/CARLTON BROWNE

WHEREAS, a verified application for certain property

hearing and responses thereto. The Planning Commission certifies that the Environmental Impact Report has been completed in conformance with the California Environment
Quality Act and the State guidelines and that the Planni
Commission has reviewed, considered and evaluated the information contained in the report. The Environmental Report as so amended and evaluated is recommended for
acceptance as the Final Environmental Impact Report, and the Final Impact Report as recommended is adequate and
provides reasonable information on the project and all reasonable and feasible alternatives thereto, including project . 'I ////
