A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING THAT THE CITY
COUNCIL ADOPT AN ORDINANCE APPROVING SP-181, A
SPECIFIC PLAN FOR A 333 ACRE INDUSTRIAL PARK
GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF PALOMAR
AIRPORT ROAD APPROXIMATELY 3500 FEET WEST OF EL
CAMINO REAL.
APPLICANT: SIGNAL LANDMARK - CARLTON-BROWNE

WHEREAS, a verified application for certain property,

A portion of Lot "G" of Rancho Agua Hedionda, in the
County of San Diego, according to Map thereof No. 82:
filed in the Office of the County Recorder, November

has been filed with the city of Carlsbad and referred to the
Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a reql

as provided by Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did on the 9th day c
June, 1982, hold a duly noticed public hearing as prescribed k
to consider said request; and
WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and
considering all testimony and arguments, if any, of all persor
desiring to be heard, said Commission considered all factors
relating to the Specific Plan; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Plannins
Commission as follows:
A) That the above recitations are true and correct.
B) That based on the evidence presented at the public hearing
