HomeMy WebLinkAbout1982-06-09; Planning Commission; Resolution 1977I.= 1. /I * 1) 1 2 3 4 5 6 PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 1977 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING CERTIFICATION OF ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT (EIR 81-6) FOR A PROJECT GENERALLY INCLUDING A PREANNEXATIONAL ZONE CHANGE, SPECIFIC PLAN AND TENTATIVE MAP FOR 333 ACRES LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF PALOMAR AIRPORT ROAD APPROXIMATELY 3500 FEET WEST OF EL CAMINO REAL. APPLICANT: SIGNAL LANDMARK - CARLTON/BROWNE CASE NO: EIR 81-6 I 7 8 provisions of Title 19 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and g city of Carlsbad, held a public hearing on EIR 81-6 pursuant WHEREAS, on June 9, 1982, the Planning Commission, o 10 11 comments and documents of all those persons testifying at the 12 hearings; and 13 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received EIR 81, 14 according to the requirements of Title 19 of the Carlsbad Mun 15 Code; 16 17 of the city of Carlsbad as follows: 18 1. That the foregoing recitations are true and correct. 19 2. That the Environmental Impact Report EIR 81-6 will be ame. to include the comments and documents of those testifying 20 public hearing and responses thereto hereby found to be i.1 faith and reason by incorporating a copy of the minutes tc 21 i public hearings into the report.
