A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A PLANNING COMMISSION DETERMINATION TO ALLOW AN AMENDMENT TO
THE EXISTING SIGN PROGRAM FOR THE WEST BLUFF PLAZA
GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF EL CAMINO
REAL NORTH OF ALGA ROAD.

WHEREAS, a verified application for certain propert]

Parcel 2 of parcel map 9043 filed August 14, 1979
has been filed with the city of Carlsbad, and referred to the
Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a rec
l2 ll as provided by Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Plannin
Commisson APPROVES PCD-35, based on the following finding
subject to the following conditions:

2) That the approval of the requested amendment to the sign program would not set an undesirable precedent.

file in the Planning Department. Development shall occur
substantially as shown unless otherwise noted in these conditions. No other signs shown on these exhibits are
