A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING
(COUNTY) TO R-1-7500 (CITY) Of 42.7 ACRES OF
PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF
MELROSE AVENUE (FUTURE) APPROXIMATELY 600 FEET
NORTH OF LA COSTA MEADOWS DRIVE.

APPROVAL OF A ZONE CHANGE FROM A-70-8 and R-S-3

WHEREAS, a verified application for certain propc

provided by Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did on the 23rd
June, 1982, hold a duly noticed public hearing as prescribe
law to consider said request; and
WEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing an

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Pla
Commission as follows:
A) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct.

The applicant has agreed and is required by the inclusiol an appropriate condition to pay a public facilities fee. Performance of that contract and payment of the fee will enable this body to find that public facilities will be

therefore has issued a Negative Declaration on April 29,

2. This project is approved upon the express condition that
applicant shall pay a public facilities fee as required 1 City Council Policy No. 17, dated April 2, 1982, on file the City Clerk and incorporated herein by reference, and according to the agreement executed by the applicant for payment of said fee a copy of that agreement dated May 1: 1982, is on file with the City Clerk and incorporated
herein by reference. If said fee is not paid as promise1
