PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 1984
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A SITE DEVELOP-
MENT PLAN NO. 82-1, TO CONSTRUCT TWO OFFICE-INDUSTR
BUILDINGS ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE NORTl
WEST CORNER OF PALOMAR AIRPORT ROAD AND AVENIDA
ENCINAS.

WHEREAS, a verified appliction has been filed with
city of Carlsbad, and referred to the Planning Commission: a

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Planni
Commission of the city of Carlsbad as follows:

The developer shall submit a grading plan for approval which include all required drainage structures and any require6 erosion control measures. The developer shall also submi soils, geologic or compaction reports if required and shz
