A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A VARIANCE TO
ALLOW A PROJECT ENTRY SIGN TO EXCEED THE MAXIMUM SIZI
OF 150 SQUARE FEET LIMIT BY 100 FEET FOR A TOTAL SIGI
AREA OF 250 SQUARE FEET, ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATI
ON THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION OF
EL CAMINO REAL AND PALMER AVENUE.

WHEREAS, a verified application for certain property
wit:

823 filed November 16, 1896
has been filed with the city of Carlsbad, and referred to the

A precise location for the sign shall be determined prior the issuance of a building permit subject to the approval the Planning Director,

The letter and graphic portions of the sign shall be as
approved as shown on Exhibit "A" and shall not be modific
without the approval of the Planning Commission. No othc
