APPLICANT : PLAZA SERENA I CASE NO: CT 82-1 1/PUD-44 6 7 8 9 10 WHEREAS, a verified application for certain property wit: Lots 194 and 195 of La Costa Meadows Unit No. 1 per 6800 filed in the County of San Diego has been filed with the city of Carlsbad, and referred to the Planning Commission; and 11 /I WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a req 12 13 as provided by Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did, on the 11th da 14 Il August, 1982, hold a duly noticed public hearing as prescribe 15 16 17 considering all testimony and arguments, if any, of all persc law to consider said request; and WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and 18 II desiring to be heard, said Commission considered all factors lglkelating to the Tentative Tract Map and Planned Unit Developn NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Plannir 2o ! 21 Commission as follows: ::I: That the above recitations are true and correct.
