A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN 8 UNIT
TENTATIVE TRACT MAP AND PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT
ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED AT THE END OF
LUCIERNAGA COURT BETWEEN LUCIERNAGA STREET AND
ARGONAUTA STREET.

WHEREAS, a verified application for certain property
wit: Lots 194 and 195 of La Costa Meadows Unit No. 1 per
6800 filed in the County of San Diego
has been filed with the city of Carlsbad, and referred to the
Planning Commission; and

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did, on the 11th da
