A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A VARIANCE
TO REDUCE THE FRONT YARD SETBACK ON TWO UNITS OF A
64-UNIT PLANNED DEVELOPMENT ON PROPERTY GENERALLY
LOCATED WEST OF NEBLINA DRIVE AND SOUTH OF FUTURE
TAMARACK AVENUE.

7 11 WHEREAS, a verified application for certain property, to

has been filed with the City of Carlsbad and referred to the
Planning Commission: and
WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request
provided by Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and

16 IIAugust, 1982, hold a duly noticed public hearing as prescribec

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Planning
Commission of the City of Carlsbad as follows:
A) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct.
B) That based on the evidence presented at the public heari~

findings and subject to the following conditions:
