HomeMy WebLinkAbout1982-08-25; Planning Commission; Resolution 2003J 'b c 1 0 e PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 2003 I 2 3 4 5 6 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE C1 OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING CERTIFICATI OF ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT (EIR 81-9) FOR A PROJECT INCLUDING ANNEXATION AND A GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT FOR 110 ACRES GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF PALOMAR AIRPORT ROAD APPROXIMATELY MILE EAST OF INTERSTATE 5. APPLICANT: HUNTINGTON BEACH COMPANY CASE NO: EIR 81-9 7 8 9 10 Il comments and documents of all those persons testifying at l2 public hearings; and 13 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received EIR 14 according to the requirements of Title 19 of the Carlsbad I 15 Code; and 16 l7 of the city of Carlsbad as follows: 18 1. That the foregoing recitations are true and correct. WHEREAS, on August 25, 1982, the Planning Cornmiss the city of Carlsbad, held a public hearing on EIR 81-9 pu the provisions of Title 19 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has considered t NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning COI 19 2.
