A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE C1 OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING CERTIFICATI OF ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT (EIR 81-9) FOR A
PROJECT INCLUDING ANNEXATION AND A GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT FOR 110 ACRES GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE
NORTH SIDE OF PALOMAR AIRPORT ROAD APPROXIMATELY
MILE EAST OF INTERSTATE 5.

13 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received EIR
14 according to the requirements of Title 19 of the Carlsbad I

18 1. That the foregoing recitations are true and correct.
WHEREAS, on August 25, 1982, the Planning Cornmiss
