OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A TWO LOT TENTi TRACT MAP AND AN AMENDMENT OF A PREVIOUSLY APPROVI PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LO( ON THE WEST SIDE OF AVENIDA ENCINAS APPROXIMATELY FEET SOUTH OF CANNON ROAD. APPLICANT: GRANT CASE NO: CT-82-2O/PUD-l7(C) "? WHEREAS, a verified application for certain prope 7 it: 8 9 Parcel 16 of the Parcel Map 11457 filed in the Off the County Recorder of San Diego County July 7, 19 1o 14 provided by Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and 13 12 Planning Commission; and 11 has been filed with the City of Carlsbad, and referred to 3e heard, said Commission considered all factors relating ' 19 ing all testimony and arguments, if any, of all persons de; 18 WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and I 17 by law, to consider said request; and 16 August, 1982, hold a duly noticed public hearing as prescr 15 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did, on the 25th ( 20 21 22 Zommission as follows: 23 (A) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct. (B) That based on the evidence presented at the public hea 24 Commission hereby APPROVES CT 82-2O/PUD-l7(C), based o 25 following findings and subject to the following condit 26 Findings: 1) The proposed tentative map is consistent with the city 27 plan since the site is designated by the land use plan 28 planned industrial and, as conditioned, the project is tent with all other general plan elements. WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a r 'Tentative Tract Nap and Planned Unit Development; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Plann * ,- @ * 1 2 3 2) The proposed tentative tract map and planned unit deve amendment will not have a detrimental effect on the su property or any adjacent property. 3) This project is exempt from environmental review per S 19.04.070(6)(D) of the Carlsbad Environmental Ordinanc 4 5 6 7 8 Conditions : 1. Approval is granted for CT 82-20/PUD-l7(C) as shown on "A" and 'IB", dated August 6, 1982, on file in the Land Planning Office and incorporated by reference. Unless noted herein, Exhibits "B" - 'IF", dated May 10, 1982, 17(B), Exhibits "E", ''I", ''H" and "M", dated August 26 and Exhibit 'IS", dated December 4, 1980, for PUD-l7(A) remain valid for this development. 9 2. All development shall occur in conformance with Resolu 10 1963 for PUD-171B). 11 12 13 14 15 3. Prior to issuance of final map, the applicant shall ret reciprocal access easement for the parking area. 4.
