HomeMy WebLinkAbout1982-08-25; Planning Commission; Resolution 2005-* '* * a 3. !I PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 2005 2 9 8 7 6 APPLICANT: CITY OF CARLSBAD 5 21.42.010(5)(BB) TO REGULATE THE LOCATION OF DRUG 4 OF A ZONE CODE AMENDMENT, AMENDING TITLE 21 OF TH 3 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE 10 El E2 13 14 Commission as follows: 15 A) That the above recitations are true and correct. 16 B) That based on the evidence presented at the public he' 17 the Commission recommends APPROVAL of ZCA-147, accord Section 2 of Exhibit "A" dated August 6, 1982, attach 18 hereto and made a part hereof, based on the following findings: CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING APPROV CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE BY THE ADDITION OF SECT10 PARAPHERNALIA STORES CASE NO: ZCA-147 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did, on the 25th day August, 1982, hold a duly noticed public hearing as prescr by law to consider said request; and WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and considering all testimony and arguments, if any, of all pe desiring to be heard, said Commission considered all facto relating to the Zone Code Amendment. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Planning 19 1 2o I Findings: 1.
