OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF
A 15 LOT/222 UNIT TENTATIVE TRACT MAP AND CONDOM11 PERMIT ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED TO THE NORTH1
