WEST OF EL CAMINO REAL NORTH OF ALGA ROAD. APPLICANT: CITY OF CARLSBAD 6 11 CASE NO.: GPA-62(C) 7 8 9 WHEREAS, a verified application for an amendment tc General Plan designation and requirements for certain prope. located as shown on Exhibits "A", dated August 25, 1982, at 10 li and incorporated herein, have been filed with the Planning 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 Commission: and WHEREAS, said verified applications constitute reg amendment as provided in Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal and WEREAS, the Planning.Commission did, on the 25th August, 1982, hold a duly noticed public hearing as prescri law to consider said requests; and WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing, and 19 /Iconsidering all testimony and arguments, if any, of all per 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 desiring to be heard, said Commission considered all facto] relating to the General Plan Amendment.
