OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF 2
AMENDMENT TO THE LAND USE ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL PI

located as shown on Exhibits "A", dated August 25, 1982, at

WHEREAS, said verified applications constitute reg
amendment as provided in Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal

August, 1982, hold a duly noticed public hearing as prescri

WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing, and

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning COI
of the city of Carlsbad, as follows:
A) That the above recitations are true and correct.
8) That in view of the findings nade and considering the
applicable law, the decision of the Planning Commissil
recommend APPROVAL of GPA-62(C), as described on Exhi'
dated August 25, 1982.
