APPLICANT : DAON CORP . CASE NO: GPA-62 (B) 1 6 7 8 9 10 WHEREAS, a verified application for an amendment tc General Plan designation and requirements for certain propel located as shown on Exhibits “A”, dated August 25, 1982, att and incorporated herein, have been filed with the Planning Commission; and XI. I/ WHEREAS, said verified applications constitute reqc 12 13 amendment as provided in Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal and 14 11 WHEREAS, The Planning Commission did, on the 25th d 1511 August, 1982, hold a duly noticed public hearing as prescrik 16 17 18 19 20 21 law to consider said requests; and WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing, and considering all testimony and arguments, if any, of all persl desiring to be heard, said Commission considered all factors relating to the General Plan Amendment. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Comm: 221/ of the city of Carlsbad, as follows: 23 ii A) That the above recitations are true and correct. 24 25 26 B) That in view of the findings made and considering the applicable law, the decision of the Planning Commission recommend APPROVAL of GPA-62(B), as described on Exhibit dated August 25, 1982. 27 //// I) 28 .. .. - I1 m 0 - - 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 Findings 1) The site is physically suitable in size and shape to accommodate the proposed land use designation for reasc stated in the staff report. 2) Uses allowed in the proposed, Community Commercial, lan designation are compatible with surrounding land uses f reasons stated in the staff report,. 3) The projects are consistent with all city public facili policies and ordinances since: a) Sewer service is not required for these projects an subsequent development of the property will require availability of sewer service to serve such develop or construction cannot occur. b) The applicant has agreed and is required by the inc: of an appropriate condition to pay a public facilit fee.
