APPLICANT: DAON CORPORATION CASE NO: ZC-262 WHEREAS, a verified application for certain proper Parcel 2 Of Parcel Map 11722 in the city of Carlsk according to Document No. 81-322184 recorded on oc 1981 9 10 11 12 has been filed with the city of Carlsbad, and referred to t Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did on the 25th d August, 1982, hold a duly noticed public hearing as prescri l3 iilaw to consider said request; and 14 11 WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and 15ilconsidering all testimony and arguments, if any, of all per 16ildesiring to be heard, said Commission considered all factor; 17i)relating to the Zone Change; and 18 19 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Plann.
