A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CIr OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF
ZONE CHANGE FROM R-1 -10,000 TO RD-M ON PROPERTY
GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF CORTE DE LE
VISTA EAST OF ALICANTE ROAD. APPLICANT: DAON CORPORATION CASE NO: ZC-262
WHEREAS, a verified application for certain proper

has been filed with the city of Carlsbad, and referred to t
Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did on the 25th d
August, 1982, hold a duly noticed public hearing as prescri

14 11 WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and
15ilconsidering all testimony and arguments, if any, of all per
